Our contractor services cover a complete range of building works and civil engineering. We also offer an option of supplying reliable labor, plant and good quality materials to our projects to maximize results.
We always consult our contract managers, project managers and surveyors throughout each project. Our extensive knowledge of the business and the industry has been accrued through nearly 40 years of experience, accomplishing contracts of all sizes in Kent and East Sussex areas. We have also cooperated with numerous well-established contractors and authorities.

Doug started his career in 1970 as a sales clerk at Frank Davis Timber in Ashford, Kent. In 1973 he joined T. Headley Builders - a well-known building contractor in Ashford and became a quantity surveyor. His duties involved measuring subcontractors work and preparing external valuations for local authorities works - Ashford Borough Council, Kent County Council and other local developers. In 1976 he received his Construction Technician's Certificate from Canterbury College.
In 1980 he joined K.D. Chambers Limited as senior surveyor. His duties included valuing subcontractor's work, predominantly in civil engineering and groundworks field.

In 1990 Doug and his business partner started a civil engineering company in Smeeth. The company was section 278 highways approved and carried out many projects for housing developers in Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire and London. The company gained respect and an excellent reputation for working speed, reliability and workmanship. In 2011 Earle Construction Solutions Limited was established. Projects have involved land purchases, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, civil engineering and groundworks developments.

The company was a well established KCC Approved Contractors carrying out Section 278 Highway Works across the County. Many projects were carried out for Housing Developers and built up an excellent reputation for speed, reliability and workmanship. In 2011 he set up Earle Construction Solutions Limited carrying out projects in the Kent and East Sussex area. Works have involved land purchases a new builds, extensions, refurbishment, civils and groundworks projects, on a labour, plant and material basis.
Earle Construction Solutions Limited complies with all regulatory and legislative requirements. All our plant operators are CITB certified and together with our operatives are employed directly by the company in accordance with the current government employment legislation.
