New Beach holiday park in Dymchurch

Works are nearly completed at New Beach Holiday Camp at Dymchurch for Park Evolution. 
Works have involved new concrete bases, foul drainage, services, roads, drives, topsoiling & turfing. 
The weather has been against us with the “exceptionally inclement weather“ for 4 months, but we stuck to the task in hand and met our contractual obligations to our Client.
We now move on to their next project in Birchington & Sevenoaks.

Preparation work in progress prior to tarmacking works on the new car parking area. White lining works to follow tomorrow. New fencing, garden patio & porch.

Target completion in two weeks. Finished project on time. Workforce working well in cold winter conditions to meet Harvey Shopfitters' program.

New Garden Room

New Garden Room to existing Barn Conversion in Betsham.
Near Ebbsfleet Kent.

We are now watertight and fitting panoramic doors installed. We are ready to commence internal finishing works. Works on the vaulted ceilings are on going this week. Garden room extension started mid April. Completion in a weeks time. 

Target completion date mid July Approx 12 week overall programmed of works. Client very pleased to date.

In March 2017 we bought Butterflies an old 1970's bungalow in need of full refurbishment. Planning permission and Building Regulations were quickly obtained from KCC to improve its access and build two extensions to the existing building.


We carried out a total refurbishment of the property including "Windows, Heating, Flooring, Kitchen, Bathrooms, Floor Coverings, new drive entrance, Fencing, Patio and Soft Landscaping", all within 12 weeks. The property was then marketed and sold in March 2018.

A new build extension at the side of the former Cemetery Keepers Cottage.
High standards of liaison and customer satisfaction were achieved and occupation
took place on programme.


All works inspected and passed by Local Architects and
East Sussex Building Control.


In 2014 we acquired a piece of land in Orchard Field Bethersden. It was the former
home of the Doctor's Surgery. Planning permission was in place to build a modern and stylish two bedroom detached bungalow of Timber Framed Construction.

Works were completed within six months and sold in September 2014.

The bungalow also benefited from a full 10 year LABC Guarantee.
